Orders & Shipping
Once you have placed your order, you are unable to make changes to this order. If you would like to cancel the order, please email customersupport@highstreetsporte.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do until you place a return.
Shipping
Once an order has been placed, you cannot adjust your shipping address in your account. Please email customersupport@highstreetsporte.com and put "URGENT Address Change" in the title as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the change.
It's possible you ordered something that was sold-out and placed on pre-order. Please give us 10 business days to get that item to you.
It's also possible that you ordered a custom item alongside stock items. Custom items will ship separately due to the time it takes to create them.
Standard (5-10 business days) $5, or free for orders over $150
2 Day Express (2 business days) is $22
Overnight (1 business day) is $50
Standard shipping orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Expedited orders will be processed within 1 business day.
A track number will be emailed to you and will link to the specific shipping provider and to your package. You can also find this in your account under My Orders.

Please contact customersupport@highstreetsporte.com for assistance within 24 hours of your purchase! Please allow for 3-5 business days for the credit to hit your account.
We can credit the difference if your items went on sale within 48 hours of purchase. Please email customersupport@highstreetsporte.com for assistance.
PRESS
Yes, we will need to go through our studio pull agreement and credit card authorization. The return policy applies for studio/movie pulls, as well. Please be familiar with it prior to contacting us. Any items not returned or returned damaged/used will be charged to the card on file.
